I called LawDogs at 4:45 on Friday night and had a 9:30am appointment scheduled on Saturday morning. Very easy process especially considering it was last moment.
The Officer was a complete professional and kept me safe from a very bad guy who was just evicted and who we believe was armed. Evicted tenant had a bulge in his waistband that the Officer immediately recognized amd due to the proactive measures of the LawDog Offficer the tenant placed the gun back in his car. The Officer was able to maintain a very low key demeanor and used some resources to make sure this guy didn't fly off the handle.
I will not hesitate to use your services again in the future because this guy was very bad news.
Worked with Law Dogs to obtain security for a couple weeks after an unfortunate incident at a jobsite. Law Dogs answered their phone and was able to provide security the next day even though the request came in late afternoon. We appreciated the quick quality service.

Our marketing agency worked in collaboration with Russ Willingham Jr. and Lawdog Security & Investigations Inc. to execute a multi-location experiential marketing activation at a number of retail store locations, spanning two weekends in the Illinois market. Russ was both attentive and responsive in the time leading up to our events, through execution. We had some scheduling mix ups on our end. Russ was communicative, understanding, and flexible. Customer service was unmatched in comparison to some of the other security vendors we used in other markets. Russ made himself available after normal "business hours" at times after 10:00PM-12:00AM on the weekend. Highly recommend!

I needed to prove cohabitation while going through a divorce. Russ Willingham Jr. did inform me that this is a difficult task to achieve but told me he could do the job. Note: I have no other PI firm to compare LawDog too, but I know I wouldn't go looking for anyone else in this industry.
